Nominees for the Board of Directors 2025
Mittan, Paul: Paul graduated from Marion High School and went on to graduate from Purdue University with a degree in engineering. After serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, Paul was elected to the Board of Directors in 2002. He has served as Chairman of the Board since 2005. He currently lives with his wife Ragena, in Warren, Indiana
Blades, Lisa: Lisa is currently serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the Board of Directors. She is married to Butch and has 4 children. She also has 12 grandchildren. Lisa grew up in Maine where her family still lives. Lisa has worked for the credit union for over 20 years and has worked in all areas of the credit union. She is currently the President/CEO.
Burnett, Hugh: Hugh moved to Marion in 1992. Hugh retired from Mike Anderson Dodge. He has worked in the auto sales industry for 45 years. Hugh joined the Board of Directors in October 2013. Hugh is married to Kateri and they have 2 children and 1 new Grandchild.
Harrell Jeff: Mr. Harrell was born and raised in Marion IN. He is a Marion High School graduate. Mr. Harrell worked at TCE for 20+ years. Mr. Harrell is currently employed at Wiley Metal Fabrication. Jeff is married to Laura and they raised 2 girls and are now enjoying 5 grandkids. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys visiting with the grandkids and outdoor activities. Mr. Harrell joined the Board of Directors in March 2025
